## Job description

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral member of an interdisciplinary care team dedicated to providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care. Responsibilities Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice and critical thinking. Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations and cultural needs. Partner with patients and their families through effective communication and shared decision-making. Coordinate and document safe, quality care while fostering a respectful and inclusive environment. Collaborate with team members via interdisciplinary rounds and promote performance improvement activities. Support professional development by completing required education, mentoring, and serving as a preceptor. Participate in research, evidence-based practice, and quality initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize care delivery. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Minimum of 5 years of RN experience in direct patient care. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in technology, critical thinking, and time management. Key Duties: Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and ethical guidelines; promote evidence-based practice; support system-wide quality and safety goals; and maintain professional growth to deliver exceptional patient care.
