Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making. Coordinate and document safe, quality care, promoting teamwork, inclusive communication, and system policies. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance activities. Complete ongoing competency assessments, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and support professional development. Advocate for evidence-based practice, contribute to protocol development, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Plan proactively for patient care across the continuum, optimizing resource use and supporting safety goals. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred). Current RN license and required certifications (BLS, RN licensure—single state or multi-state compact). At least 5 years of RN experience, preferably in direct patient care.
