## Job description

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They practice in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based standards, professional models, and organizational values, ensuring individualized care aligned with the patient's unique needs and cultural background. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation, utilizing critical thinking and evidence-based practices. Partner with patients and families through effective communication, bedside reports, and education, focusing on patient goals. Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care to promote safety and quality outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare team members, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and support shared governance. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development and uphold nursing standards. Promote research, evidence-based practice, and compliance with regulatory standards and policies. Contribute to resource planning and protocol development to optimize patient care and system efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred. Active RN license (single or multi-state Compact) and BLS certification. Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in technology and basic computer skills. Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments and demonstrate critical thinking and time management skills.
