## Job description

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using evidence-based practices, ensuring individualized treatment that respects cultural diversity. The role emphasizes collaboration, effective communication, and adherence to professional standards and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing processes to deliver personalized patient care. Partner with patients and families, utilizing appropriate communication methods to involve them in care planning. Ensure documentation reflects safe, quality care and fosters a respectful, inclusive environment. Coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts to promote optimal patient outcomes and system efficiency. Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Support professional development by completing required training and mentoring peers and students. Contribute to protocol development and resource management to enhance care quality and safety. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Valid RN license and BLS certification; multi-state license preferred. Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills. Proficiency in clinical technology and computer skills. Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments and handle emergencies with professionalism. This role requires a proactive, collaborative professional committed to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement in patient care.
