Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), valid RN license, and certifications including BLS. A minimum of two years leadership and Med Surg experience is highly preferred. Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and professional growth orientation. Acts with professionalism, adheres to safety standards, and promotes a positive work environment. Additional Duties: Maintains professional competence, participates in shared governance, mentors colleagues, and supports organizational policies and standards.
