## Job description

Role Overview Seeking a registered nurse to deliver high-quality patient care within a collaborative team environment. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, serving as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers. The nurse will participate in performance improvement initiatives, uphold professional standards, and support shared governance activities. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and ensure safe, effective care delivery. Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and maintaining patient and family satisfaction. Contribute to quality improvement efforts by suggesting solutions and supporting organizational initiatives. Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development and leadership growth. Mentor and support the development of other nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Valid RN license and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum of two years of leadership and medical-surgical nursing experience preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Additional Notes: The role emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, safety, and adherence to policies.
