Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and seek opportunities for growth and leadership development. Mentor and support fellow nurses, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and promote the nursing profession. Qualifications & Skills: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred). Current RN license and BLS certification; multi-state RN license preferred. Minimum of two years of leadership and Med Surg experience highly preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and professional growth mindset.
