Respond promptly to emergencies and critical patient condition changes. Partner with patients and families for education, advocacy, and empowerment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Active RN license (compact or single state). BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN preferred. Minimum of 2+ years recent critical care experience (ICU, CVICU, SICU, MICU, or similar). Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure, adaptable, organized, and team-oriented.
