## Job description

Role: Registered Nurse Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team. Monitor patient conditions, deliver safe and effective care, and document assessments and interventions. Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring satisfaction. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals. Mentor and support the growth of other nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment. Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and stay updated with industry best practices. Support shared governance, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and contribute to professional development. Qualifications & Skills Associates Degree in Nursing or higher (Bachelor’s preferred). Current RN license and required certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.). Proficiency in patient care, communication, and teamwork. Ability to prioritize, collaborate, and support performance improvement.
