Qualifications And Skills Required Minimum of 2+ years of recent, direct ED RN experience. Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Active RN license (Georgia or Compact). Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS; TNCC or ATCN preferred. Strong critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to thrive under pressure.
