Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered emergency care including assessment, intervention, and evaluation. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Respond effectively to emergencies and codes. Educate patients and families about care and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2+ years recent, direct ED RN experience. Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Active RN license (Georgia or Compact), BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC or ATCN preferred. Strong critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
