Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team, serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and providers. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to professional standards. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Care Coordination: Monitors patient conditions, assists with care planning, delivers treatment, and documents assessments and interventions. Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction: Addresses patient and family concerns, provides health education, and promotes patient-centered care to enhance satisfaction. Performance Improvement: Contributes to process enhancements, supports organizational initiatives, and aims for better outcomes and satisfaction. Professional Development & Leadership: Maintains licenses, pursues growth opportunities, mentors colleagues, and upholds standards of professionalism and integrity. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Current RN license (single state or multi-state Compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire. Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and commitment to continuous learning.
