## Job description

Role Overview The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a team environment. They act as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and communicate care plans, and document care activities accurately. Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring satisfaction for patients and families. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and supporting change to enhance outcomes and organizational performance. Maintain professional competence through ongoing education, certifications, and participation in professional organizations. Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth. Qualifications And Skills Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing; BLS certification; valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact). Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills; commitment to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to a dynamic healthcare setting. This role involves performing essential nursing duties, supporting quality improvement, and fostering teamwork to deliver exceptional patient care.
