## Job description

Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Med Surg RN supporting multiple campuses, dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based patient care. Key responsibilities include owning the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, building meaningful connections with patients and families, and utilizing clinical expertise to achieve optimal outcomes. Collaborate effectively within a safe and respectful environment, contribute to performance improvement initiatives, and participate in research and shared governance. Engage in ongoing professional development by maintaining competencies and mentoring fellow nurses. Lead the application of evidence-based practices, support patient safety, and participate in decision-making related to care tools and systems. Plan proactively across the patient care journey, help develop protocols to enhance experiences, and ensure efficient use of resources. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred. Valid RN license (single or multi-state). BLS and ACLS certifications (required). 2+ years recent Med Surg experience (required). Experience with computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools.
