## Job description

Seeking experienced Med Surg Registered Nurses to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team supporting a mission-driven healthcare organization. In this role, you will deliver personalized, evidence-based care by owning the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, building meaningful connections with patients and families, and driving top clinical outcomes. You'll foster a collaborative and respectful team environment , contribute to performance improvement initiatives, and participate in research and shared governance, ensuring your voice influences care practices. Professional development involves ongoing education, competency assessments, and mentoring fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members. Lead in applying evidence-based practices and participate in decision-making to enhance patient care tools and safety initiatives. Assist with resource management and care planning to optimize patient experiences and reduce readmissions. Requirements Include Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required), BSN preferred RN licensure (single state or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications Minimum 2 years recent Med Surg experience Proficiency with computer data entry and familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred Must-have Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic technology tools Calmness under pressure and ability to manage clinical emergencies effectively Join us to make a difference, grow your career, and be part of a supportive, innovative healthcare environment.
