Proactively planning patient care, shaping protocols, and efficiently managing resources. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required), BSN preferred. RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS and ACLS certifications (required). National specialty certification (preferred). At least 2 years of recent Med Surg experience and experience with computer data entry. Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent critical thinking, time management, and decision-making abilities.
