## Job description

Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality nursing care as part of a patient care team. The Registered Nurse (RN) assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, serving as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions to develop and adjust care plans. Deliver safe, effective care in accordance with policies and maintain thorough documentation. Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring patient-centered care. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals. Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certification, and professional development. Mentor and support the growth of fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment. Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, promoting shared governance principles. Qualifications And Skills Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
