Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry. Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, time management, and tech skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage clinical emergencies effectively.
