## Job description

Seeking a dedicated Med Surg RN to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team supporting a mission-driven organization committed to enhancing health and well-being. In this role, you will own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, delivering personalized, evidence-based care . Building meaningful connections with patients and families while utilizing clinical expertise to achieve top outcomes is essential. Collaborate effectively within a respectful, team-oriented environment , contributing to staff engagement, performance improvement projects, and shared governance. Engage in professional development through ongoing education, mentorship, and research initiatives, applying evidence-based practices to continuously improve patient care and safety. Manage resources proactively, shaping protocols to enhance patient experiences and reduce readmissions. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited nursing program RN license (single or multi-state) BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience and experience with computer data entry Proficiency in communication, critical thinking, time management, and familiarity with tech tools like Microsoft Office.
