## Job description

Join a high-impact nursing team supporting multiple campuses as a Med Surg RN, dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based care and fostering meaningful patient relationships. Key responsibilities include owning the full nursing process from assessment to evaluation, driving top clinical outcomes, and ensuring efficient resource use. Collaborate in a respectful, team-oriented environment, contributing to staff engagement, performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives. Maintain professional growth through ongoing education, mentorship, and applying evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and safety. Plan proactively across the patient care journey, shaping protocols to improve experiences and reduce readmissions. Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing program, RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, with 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience and proficiency in data entry. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Preferred skills include familiarity with Epic and 3M systems and national certification in your specialty.
