## Job description

This role is for a Registered Nurse providing high-quality nursing care within a patient care team. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care , ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to standards. Key duties involve monitoring patient conditions, coordinating care plans, and delivering patient-centered care . The nurse advocates for patient satisfaction, addresses concerns, and educates patients and families. Participation in performance improvement initiatives and professional development is expected, fostering growth and leadership. Qualifications require an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree and current RN license with certifications such as BLS . Preferred Experience Includes 1-2 Years In Med Surg. Skills include clinical competence, communication, teamwork, and professional growth mindset . Additional responsibilities involve mentoring peers and supporting a positive work environment .
