## Job description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care within a patient care team. Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; collaborating with staff; ensuring patient safety; maintaining accurate documentation; advocating for patient needs; and participating in performance improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes patient- and family-centered care , effective communication, and professional growth. Nurses are expected to foster a positive work environment, mentor colleagues, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards. Qualifications include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing , active RN license , and BLS certification . Preferred experience is 1-2 years in Med Surg, with a focus on maintaining professional competence and contributing to organizational improvement.
