## Job description

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Med Surg RN to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team supporting patient care in a dynamic environment. This role involves providing personalized, evidence-based nursing care, building meaningful patient and family connections, and driving top clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring personalized care. Foster teamwork and create a respectful, safe environment. Participate in performance improvement projects, research, and shared governance. Lead application of evidence-based practices and contribute to patient safety initiatives. Plan proactively across the patient care journey and help develop protocols to enhance experiences and reduce readmissions. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred. RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification (required); ACLS certification (required). 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience and proficiency in computer data entry. Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred). Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills; ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making abilities.
