Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, serving as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to standards. Core Responsibilities: Monitor patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, effective care. Collaborate with team members and maintain thorough documentation. Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction: Address patient concerns, educate patients and families, and promote patient- and family-centered care to enhance satisfaction. Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and quality enhancements, support initiatives, and contribute to better patient outcomes. Professional Growth & Leadership: Maintain licensure, pursue continuing education, mentor colleagues, and promote a positive work environment. Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; valid RN license; certifications in BLS, ACLS, and multi-state licensure required upon hire.
