Participate in performance improvement, research activities, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to support professional development and workforce sustainability. Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and quality outcomes such as reducing readmissions and adverse events. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Current RN license, BLS certification, and ACLS certification required upon hire. Associate or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and technology skills. Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments and demonstrate professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
