## Job description

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality nursing care as part of a patient care team. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to standards. Coordinate patient care, monitor conditions, and assist with care plans to promote patient well-being. Serve as a patient advocate by addressing concerns, providing education, and facilitating communication with families and care providers. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals for quality and satisfaction. Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations. Mentor and support the growth of other nurses, fostering a positive work environment. Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, and support shared governance principles. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred. Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills. Commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
