## Job description

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate patient flow; advocate for patient needs; participate in performance improvement initiatives; maintain professional competence; foster professional growth and leadership through mentorship; uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards; support shared governance and organizational initiatives. Key Duties: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions; deliver individualized care based on care plans; document assessments and interventions; communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff; promote patient satisfaction; identify opportunities for quality and process improvements; contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred); active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact); Basic Life Support certification; strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills; commitment to professional development; ability to collaborate and lead within a healthcare setting.
