Qualifications & Skills Minimum education includes an Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred. Required licenses and certifications include BLS, RN licensure (single-state or multi-state), PALS, TNCC, and ACLS, all up-to-date upon hire. Strong communication, critical thinking, professionalism, and teamwork skills are essential.
