## Job description

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, delivering high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They practice in accordance with professional standards, evidence-based practices, and organizational policies, ensuring individualized care for diverse patient populations. Key Responsibilities Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices. Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making. Coordinate and document safe, high-quality care while fostering a respectful, inclusive environment. Support performance improvement initiatives, research activities, and shared governance. Serve as a preceptor or mentor, promoting professional development and a healthy work environment. Contribute to protocol development and resource optimization to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required. Minimum of 5 years RN experience, preferably with direct patient care background. Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and respond decisively to emergencies.
