## Job description

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes using evidence-based practices. Responsibilities Coordinate and document safe, effective care through interdisciplinary communication and timely documentation. Partner with patients and families, respecting cultural diversity and ensuring patient goals are central to care. Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote evidence-based practice. Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering a skilled and professional nursing workforce. Develop protocols, optimize resource use, and ensure compliance with policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred. Active RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required. Minimum of 5 years of RN experience, with direct patient care preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and time management skills. Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and respond decisively to emergencies.
