## Job description

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting supported by Nurse Managers and leadership. Key Responsibilities: Ensure patient, family, and caregiver needs are met through evidence-based practices aligned with the Wellstar Practice Model and organizational values. Uphold nursing standards per the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Support service excellence and system policies, advocating for patient voices. Qualifications & Skills: Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred. Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact). Certifications in BLS or ARC-BLS, required upon hire. Less than one year of clinical or patient care experience preferred. Additional Details: The role offers early engagement opportunities for oncology RN positions, including priority interviews and direct unit insights, supporting career growth in a high-impact patient care area.
