## Job description

Role: RN Clinical Nurse, a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing individualized, high-quality, safe patient care in a clinical setting supported by evidence-based practices and organizational models. Responsibilities Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families in care planning. Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective interdisciplinary communication and collaboration. Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives, promoting safety and quality standards. Support professional development by completing competency assessments, mentoring, and serving as a preceptor or leader. Adhere to organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including patient safety protocols. Proactively plan care across the continuum and assist in protocol development to improve outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree (preferred). Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Minimum of 5 years RN experience, with direct patient care preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environments, respond decisively to emergencies, and utilize technology effectively. Excellent time management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
