## Job description

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on evidence-based practices, ensuring individualized treatment that respects cultural diversity. They partner with patients and families through effective communication and shared decision-making, promoting optimal outcomes. Responsibilities Coordinate and document safe, quality care aligned with clinical standards and system policies. Engage in teamwork, interdisciplinary communication, and performance improvement initiatives. Serve as a mentor or preceptor to support professional development and sustain a qualified workforce. Participate in evidence-based practice, research, and protocol development to enhance patient outcomes. Support resource management and participate in quality improvement activities. Adhere to organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills Minimum education: Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelors preferred. Licenses: Current RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification. Experience: Less than 1 year of clinical care experience preferred. Skills: Knowledge of nursing standards, effective communication, teamwork, and commitment to continuous learning.
