Develop protocols, optimize resource use, and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety goals. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred). Current RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required. Less than one year of clinical experience or completion of accredited nursing program with clinical hours preferred.
