## Job description

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role within an interdisciplinary team, delivering individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical environment supported by evidence-based practice and organizational models. They uphold nursing standards as per state and professional guidelines, ensuring system policies and patient voices are prioritized. Key Responsibilities Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based practices. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, fostering effective partnerships with patients and families. Coordinate and document safe, quality care through interdisciplinary communication, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment. Support professional development by completing competency assessments, mentoring colleagues, and participating in performance improvement initiatives. Advance evidence-based practice and research, participate in data collection, and contribute to protocol development to improve patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, including accreditation standards. Utilize resources efficiently across the care continuum and support system-wide quality initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree (preferred). Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Less than one year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
