Key Responsibilities Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices to individualize patient care. Provide relationship-based, culturally competent care tailored to patient demographics and needs. Partner with patients and families through effective communication methods, maintaining transparency and aligning care with patient goals. Coordinate safe, quality care, fostering a respectful, inclusive environment through interdisciplinary collaboration and timely documentation. Support professional development by completing competency assessments, mentoring colleagues, and participating in performance improvement initiatives. Promote evidence-based practice, research, and participation in organizational policies, safety standards, and quality improvement activities. Assist in developing protocols, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
