Advocate for evidence-based practice and participate in protocol development and resource management. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred. Current RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required. Less than one year of clinical experience preferred, with completion of accredited nursing program. Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
