Remote Film Editor (camera & motion design experience preferred)

We craft high-end commercials, visual campaigns, and narrative-driven work for brands around the world, with a sharp eye for style, taste, and innovation. Our Amsterdam team is growing, and we're looking for an Editor to help bring our brand to life across all digital channels. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented editor with a strong visual and rhythmic sensibility, someone who can take raw footage and turn it into sharp, scroll-stopping content. You know how to cut for pace, sound, and story, and you understand what makes content perform on Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond. You'll work closely with our content and design team to edit behind-the-scenes footage, project highlights, and brand content into polished, on-brand pieces, ensuring everything looks sharp, feels cohesive, and lands on time. If you love craft, work efficiently, and enjoy owning the edit from raw footage to final export, this is your role. RESPONSIBILITIES Editing • Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website • Cut BTS footage from productions into engaging, story-driven pieces • Colour grade, sound design, and add motion graphics or titles where needed • Maintain a consistent visual and editorial style across all platforms • Organise and archive raw footage and project files Content Support • Collaborate on creative ideas for new formats and visual approaches • Prepare content for scheduling and publishing across channels • Write or refine captions to accompany edited content, maintaining standards on credits, links, and asset organisation REQUIREMENTS Must-haves • 2–5 years of experience editing content for brands, studios, agencies, or personal creative clients • Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus) • Sharp sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling through the edit • Excellent organisational skills, comfortable managing footage, versions, and deadlines • Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content best practices • Able to work efficiently, take ownership, and hit deadlines • Comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment Nice-to-haves • Experience with motion graphics, sound design, or colour grading • Experience working in production, fashion, design, or creative industries • A portfolio/reel that reflects a refined eye and strong sense of pace • Comfort shooting or capturing short BTS moments on set or in studio WHAT WE OFFER • The chance to work closely with directors, designers, and producers on high-end creative projects • A clear content pipeline to own and refine • Space for creative contribution within established guidelines • A collaborative, fast-paced environment with room to grow DETAILS Start date: September 2026 Location: Remote Contract: Full-time HOW TO APPLY Send us an email at [email protected] with the subject "Remote Editor 2026".
