( Remote) Sales Trainer & Coach

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our international clients based in US for an experienced Sales Trainer to join a growing remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about sales, coaching, and developing high-performing teams. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for transforming new hires into confident and successful sales professionals through structured coaching, mentoring, and performance development. You'll conduct one-on-one training sessions, monitor progress, and help build a scalable training program that drives long-term success. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one virtual sales training and coaching sessions. Train new hires on sales techniques, objection handling, rapport building, and closing strategies. Monitor trainee performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching. Guide employees from onboarding to becoming fully independent sales professionals. Develop and improve training materials and coaching processes. Track trainee progress and ensure performance goals are achieved. Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve the training program. Requirements Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of achieving results. Previous experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, Team Leader, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role. Experience coaching, mentoring, or onboarding sales teams. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Strong understanding of sales psychology, customer behavior, and relationship building. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Comfortable working in the creator economy/adult content management industry. This role focuses on training and coaching sales teams and does not involve creating or handling explicit content.
