## Job description

Renovations Project Manager at york-towers (Tbilisi). Deadline 09 October.

09 October About the position We are looking for a Renovations Project Manager to oversee apartment renovation and related projects from planning through completion. The role is focused on coordinating contractors and suppliers, supervising works on-site, managing project timelines and costs, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with internal teams and clients throughout the renovation process. Location: Tbilisi Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00 Work format: On-site / Field-based Key Responsibilities: ** Plan and coordinate renovation works according to the project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements; ** Monitor renovation works on-site and ensure that work is completed according to agreed standards and timelines; ** Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and external service providers involved in project execution; ** Monitor project progress, identify delays or issues, and take appropriate action to keep projects on schedule; ** Review the quality of completed works and identify and coordinate the correction of defects; ** Travel to Batumi for project-related site visits, inspections, and coordination when required; ** Prepare, review, and maintain project-related documentation and contractor agreements; ** Select appropriate renovation materials and coordinate their procurement together with the Procurement team; ** Communicate with clients regarding renovation requirements, progress, defects, and final handover; ** Participate in final inspections and apartment handover processes; ** Coordinate with Sales, Customer Care, Finance, Procurement, Administration, and other internal teams; ** Prepare regular project updates and reports for management; ** Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the direct manager. Requirements: ** 2+ years of relevant experience in renovation, construction, or project management; ** Practical experience managing renovation or construction projects from start to completion; ** Good knowledge of renovation materials, construction processes, and finishing works; ** Experience working with contractors and suppliers; ** Strong organizational and coordination skills; ** Good problem-solving and decision-making skills; ** Ability to manage several projects or tasks simultaneously; ** Ability to work independently and take responsibility for project outcomes; ** Strong communication and negotiation skills. Computer Skills: ** MS Office, particularly Excel; ** AutoCAD / ArchiCAD is an advantage. Languages: ** Georgian - Native; ** English - B2 and higher.
