The role is focused on coordinating contractors and suppliers, supervising works on-site, managing project timelines and costs, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with internal teams and clients throughout the renovation process. Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate renovation works according to the project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements; Monitor renovation works on-site and ensure that work is completed according to agreed standards and timelines; Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and external service providers involved in project execution; Monitor project progress, identify delays or issues, and take appropriate action to keep projects on schedule; Review the quality of completed works and identify and coordinate the correction of defects; Travel to Batumi for project-related site visits, inspections, and coordination when required; Prepare, review, and maintain project-related documentation and contractor agreements; Select appropriate renovation materials and coordinate their procurement together with the Procurement team; Communicate with clients regarding renovation requirements, progress, defects, and final handover; Participate in final inspections and apartment handover processes; Coordinate with Sales, Customer Care, Finance, Procurement, Administration, and other internal teams; Prepare regular project updates and reports for management; Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the direct manager. Qualifications & Skills: 2+ years of relevant experience in renovation, construction, or project management; Practical experience managing renovation or construction projects from start to completion; Good knowledge of renovation materials, construction processes, and finishing works; Experience working with contractors and suppliers; Strong organizational and coordination skills; Good problem-solving and decision-making skills; Ability to manage several projects or tasks simultaneously; Ability to work independently and take responsibility for project outcomes; Strong communication and negotiation skills; AutoCAD / ArchiCAD is an advantage; Good command of English, at least B2 level.
