Research & Advisory Intern Opportunity — People, Organisations & AI

I'm looking for a curious, ambitious early-career professional to join me as a Research & Advisory Intern and help build a growing advisory practice at the intersection of people, organisations and AI.

You'll work directly with me across research, product development, thought leadership, marketing and client work — and have a real opportunity to shape what we're building.

What you'll work on:

Research & insights: interviews with HR and business leaders, academic research, market data and emerging practices — helping turn all of that into reports and points of view that say something rather than simply summarise what's already known.

Products & solutions: turning insights into programmes, workshops, tools and new formats. A good idea is only half the job; the other half is figuring out what we can build from it.

Content & thought leadership: developing articles, reports, LinkedIn content, webinars, events and other ways to bring our ideas into the market and build a distinctive voice.

Measurement: helping us figure out whether the work we deliver actually changes behaviour, capability and organisational outcomes.

Client development: researching potential clients, contributing to proposals and presentations, joining client conversations and helping identify where our ideas meet a real business need.

Building the practice: experimenting with new ideas, spotting opportunities and helping turn something that doesn't exist yet into something real.

Who I'm looking for:

You write clearly, think in structure and are genuinely curious about people, organisations and AI. But you also like creating things — a new format, a sharper way to frame a problem, an idea nobody asked for.

You take initiative. You're comfortable figuring things out without a detailed set of instructions. And you're interested in understanding how a consulting and research practice is actually built — not just completing a list of tasks.

The setup
Paid internship, approximately 20 hours per week. Remote and flexible.
Ideally, I'm looking for someone who can commit for at least six months, with the possibility of the role growing as the practice grows.

If this sounds like your kind of work, send your CV, a short note about why you're interested, and something you've made, researched or written that you're proud of to ****yakov.magdalasov@gmail.com****
