Reservation Manager at spark-hilton (Tbilisi). Deadline 12 September.
12 September Spark by Hilton is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: ** Manage daily hotel reservations and booking requests. ** Handle individual, group, and corporate reservations. ** Ensure all reservations are accurately entered and updated in OPERA PMS. ** Monitor room availability, rates, cancellations, and booking modifications. ** Communicate with guests, travel agencies, and corporate clients. ** Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Sales, and other hotel departments. ** Prepare reservation reports and maintain accurate booking records. ** Ensure compliance with hotel reservation procedures and standards. ** Support the hotel in maximizing occupancy and revenue. Requirements: ** Knowledge of OPERA PMS will be considered a strong advantage. ** Strong communication and organizational skills. ** Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. ** Good command of English. ** Professional, responsible, and guest-oriented attitude. We Offer: ** Stable working schedule: 09:00-18:00 ** Salary: 1500 GEL ** Professional and friendly working environment. ** Opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry and Hilton brand.
