Reservations Manager (რეზერვაციების მენეჯერი) — Spark By Hilton Tbilisi Biography (Tbilisi)
Spark by Hilton is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities Manage daily hotel reservations and booking requests. Handle individual, group, and corporate reservations. Ensure all reservations are accurately entered and updated in OPERA PMS. Monitor room availability, rates, cancellations, and booking modifications. Communicate with guests, travel agencies, and corporate clients. Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Sales, and other hotel departments. Prepare reservation reports and maintain accurate booking records. Ensure compliance with hotel reservation procedures and standards. Support the hotel in maximizing occupancy and revenue. Requirements Knowledge of OPERA PMS will be considered a strong advantage. Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Good command of English. Professional, responsible, and guest-oriented attitude.
