Candidate Requirements Experience in property or residential complex management, facilities management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with residents, staff, and external partners. Basic financial and administrative skills, including budgeting, record-keeping, and report preparation. Ability to supervise and coordinate on-site staff and contractors effectively. Proficiency with common office software and property management tools or systems. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on resident satisfaction and operational reliability. Fluency in local language; Conversational English. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the daily operations and management of the residential complex. • Communicate with residents, respond to their requests, and resolve complaints in a professional manner. • Monitor the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of common areas. • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and repair services. • Supervise on-site staff and external contractors to ensure high service standards. • Identify operational issues and ensure timely and effective solutions. • Monitor service quality and ensure residents’ satisfaction. • Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate records of operational activities. • Ensure compliance with building safety rules and internal regulations. • Communicate with the TL Management Group team and report important issues when necessary.
