Key Responsibilities Lead the shift by assigning patient loads, ensuring safety, and coordinating interdisciplinary communication. Evaluate staff performance and provide clinical guidance, fostering teamwork and professional growth. Monitor equipment and inventory, support staffing needs, and assist with orientation, training, and competency assessments. Maintain current knowledge of patient care standards, participate in process improvements, and promote clinical excellence. Conduct patient rounds to assess care quality and implement corrective actions as needed. Support initiatives related to patient safety, customer service, and quality outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred. Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT or RCP. Minimum of two years of clinical experience in critical care areas. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills to support staff and patient needs.
