The individual serves as a clinical resource, supports staff and physicians, and promotes quality improvement, safety, and customer service initiatives. Responsibilities also include facilitating onboarding, training, and evaluating staff performance, as well as managing equipment and resource needs. Key Responsibilities Lead shift operations, assign patient care tasks, and ensure team collaboration. Provide clinical assistance, monitor equipment, and support staff education and development. Participate in quality improvement efforts, patient rounding, and safety initiatives. Assist with data collection, process improvement, and maintaining compliance with policies. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelors degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred. Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT certifications required. Minimum of two years clinical experience in critical care areas.
