Assess patients, collaborate with healthcare team members, and develop individualized care plans. Ensure safety and quality through accurate documentation, adherence to policies, and promotion of evidence-based practices. Assist with invasive and non-invasive procedures, and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred). Certifications: NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Professional, BLS, and ACLS. 0-2 years of clinical experience, including at least 6 months in critical care. Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills; ability to establish effective working relationships.
