Key Responsibilities Deliver compassionate patient care through assessments, therapy planning, and execution. Manage ventilators, perform airway procedures, and interpret waveforms. Educate patients and support staff, fostering a team-oriented environment. Ensure safety through accurate documentation, adherence to protocols, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. Assist with invasive/non-invasive procedures and pulmonary testing as needed. Promote evidence-based practices and maintain compliance with policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with science coursework. Associate's degree required; bachelor's preferred. 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care. Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills.
