Collaborate with healthcare team, educate patients and staff, and promote safety and quality initiatives. Assist with invasive and non-invasive procedures, and support performance improvement efforts. Qualifications & Skills: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy; current NBRC-RRT and Respiratory Care Professional certifications; BLS and ACLS certifications required. 0-2 years clinical experience with minimum 6 months in critical care. Must have strong communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills, along with computer proficiency. Additional Notes: Responsible for documentation, education, promoting evidence-based practice, and supporting a positive team environment.
